WhatsApp messaging charges — what is and isn't included

  • Included: the ALTRIQO platform — CRM, invoicing, reminders, campaigns, reports, team seats and the message allowance shown in your plan.
  • Billed separately: Meta's own WhatsApp Business Platform conversation charges. These are not part of the subscription fee. They are charged on actual usage at Meta's prevailing India rates for utility, marketing, authentication and service conversations, and are either billed directly by Meta to your WhatsApp Business account or passed through to you at cost with no mark-up.
  • Your plan's message allowance covers ALTRIQO-side processing only. You can see live usage and estimated Meta cost inside the workspace usage ledger before anything is billed.

Pricing questions

Are there any setup charges?

No. You pay the monthly plan fee only. Onboarding and data import help are included.

What happens if I cross my message allowance?

We alert you before you run out. You can move to a higher plan at any time — the change applies immediately.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your workspace billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Do prices include GST?

Prices shown are exclusive of GST. A GST invoice is issued for every payment.
