Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating or using an ALTRIQO workspace you agree to these terms. ALTRIQO is operated by Odisha AI Solution. If you accept these terms on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

2. Accounts and access

Access is granted per workspace. Owners are responsible for the users they invite, the roles they assign and the activity carried out under those accounts. Keep credentials confidential and inform us of any suspected misuse.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance in Indian Rupees and are exclusive of GST. Seat counts and message allowances apply as shown on the pricing page. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

If payment fails or a subscription lapses, workspace access may be limited to read-only until the account is brought up to date.

4. Messaging and consent

You are responsible for having a lawful basis and recipient consent for the messages you send through ALTRIQO, and for complying with WhatsApp Business policies and applicable telecom and data protection rules.

Sending unlawful, misleading, abusive or unsolicited promotional messages is prohibited and may result in suspension.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another workspace's data, reverse engineer the platform, resell access without agreement, or use ALTRIQO to store data you are not entitled to hold.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of the records you enter or import. We process them to provide the service as described in the Privacy Policy. You may export your data at any time.

7. Availability and support

We work to keep ALTRIQO available at all times but the service is provided on an "as is" basis. Message delivery depends on WhatsApp and other third-party networks that we do not control. Planned maintenance is notified in advance where practical.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the subscription fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Suspension and termination

You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment or breach of these terms, after notice where reasonable.

10. Governing law and contact
