Business records you enter or import: customers, contact details, addresses, invoices, payments, receipts and notes.

Communication records: messages sent through ALTRIQO along with their delivery status and time stamps.

3. How we use information

To provide the service — storing your records, generating invoices and receipts, and sending the messages you or your automations trigger.

To keep accounts secure, prevent misuse and maintain audit trails.

To provide support, billing and service notifications.

We do not sell your data and we do not use your customer records for advertising.

4. Separation of business data

Each workspace's data is kept private, encrypted in transit and securely separated from every other business on ALTRIQO. Access is limited to the users you invite and the roles you assign them.

5. Service providers

We use trusted providers to deliver messages, send transactional email, process payments and host the platform. They process data only to deliver these functions on our instructions.

6. Data retention

We retain workspace data for as long as your account is active. Owners can export or request deletion of workspace data at any time. Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax or audit purposes.

7. Your choices

Workspace owners can export data, correct records, remove users and request account closure. Message recipients can opt out of promotional messages at any time by replying on WhatsApp.
